| 7 miles by myself in Idaho Falls. There's no sidewalks anywhere in IF, so it's super sketchy running anywhere. It didn't help that these people party like it's the 4th of July for the week before, so there was a lot of drunk drivers. Made it back safley though :)

| Probably the worst pre race workup in the history of the world. Got into bed at 9 the night before, but it would seem that I wasn't destined to get to bed on time. My grandparents keep thair house at like 82', so I was sweating bullets (literally) trying to get to sleep. It didn't help that everyone was partying like crazy either, cuz everytime I was about to drift off, a massive mortar would go off above the house and wake me right up. So, I didn't fall asleep until about 1 in the morning.
All things considered, the race wasn't terrible for what it was. I got a decent time considering that it was longer than a 5K and I only got 4 hours of sleep, but I got to race against some collegiate athletes, so that was fun.

| Rough run today. Got back from our vacation at like 5 and decided to go running. Haven't been keeping myself hydrated well, so I felt like I was going to die. For that same reason, I also cut back from going 8 and only did 6, which is ok considering that was my first run in the heat in almost a year.

| 2.5 mile warmup, 2.5 tempo, and 1.5 mile cooldown. I was supposed to go 20 min. for the tempo, but I was still super wasted and dehydrated from yesterday, so I decided to only do 2.5. Went about 6:00 pace, so that wasn't too bad.

| 6 miles by myself over by Little Black Mountain. Felt super flat from doing my first doubles back at home, but it was a good run nonetheless. Saw Sage and Bryson out running on Warner Valley on the way back. Great guys.

| 2 mile warmup, 5*500m hill repeats w/ recovery back to the start, and cooldown to get milage. Pretty rough workout. My legs felt like they were gonna fall off by the end, so that's a good sign. We had Josh Thatcher, Scott, Boston, Sage, and Ben here today representing the alumni. Awesome guys. Josh and John McPhie get home this week too. Pokemon GO is gonna blow their minds :)

| Delano Peak Summiting this morning. There were a lot of prizes on the line for the fastest 3 boys, so I actually wanted to try. Unfortunatley, the route that I chose to the top took me WAY off course, and I finished 4th close behind spencer.
Fun team relay by Puffer Lake in the afternoon. Felt super flat, but I did pretty good nonetheless.
