2 mile warmup, 5*500m hill repeats w/ recovery back to the start, and cooldown to get milage. Pretty rough workout. My legs felt like they were gonna fall off by the end, so that's a good sign. We had Josh Thatcher, Scott, Boston, Sage, and Ben here today representing the alumni. Awesome guys. Josh and John McPhie get home this week too. Pokemon GO is gonna blow their minds :)
