4 mile warmup, 30 min progression run, and cooldown to base. Started at 6:45, then dropped the pace by 10 sec/mi every 5 min. Around mile 2, Kasey caught up with me, and we hammered the rest of the workout together. Good stuff
First run of camp. Ran the Monarch Loop. Killer as always, but I can tell that I'm in much better shape than I used to be.
