2 mile warmup, 6*500m dirt hill repeats w/recovery to the start, then 4*300m progression finishes, and cooldown to get milage
Overall a really solid workout. I'm getting closer and closer to those top 3 boys, so that's always a good sign.
Went and visited the Mcphies after practice. Havent grown much :) but they've definitley matured quite a bit. Hope they decide to come out to practice one of these days.
