| 1st day back. Coach decided to cut the break down to just 1 week this year so we could get a head start on indoor track.
Pretty easy run for the first day back. Felt good. Getting new shoes tomorow.

| Stayed up till midnight then went running with the team. Went 6 miles out on Warner valley. Pretty fun to see one of my most hated places in the world in a different light (literally).

| Workout by myself on the sulluvan soccer park trail. I did a 3.5 mile warmup, 6*1:00, 4:30 sec, and 4*14 sec with equal recovery between each repeat. Pretty hard workout, but it was a good chance for me to push myself by myself.

| Workout to day over at Warner Valley. It was a 3 mile warmup, 5*3:00 hard with equal recovery, then4*20 sec hard with equal recovery. The workout starteed out allright, but my stomach decided that it needed to empty its contents after the second 5:00. After that, I just did the best that I could, and finished as well as I could. Gonna have to figure out what I'm doing wrong for the future so I can get through these hard workouts without completley falling apaprt.
