| 2 mile warmup, 8*1:00 hill repeats w/2:30 recovery between each one, and cooldown to get milage. Found a hill in Ellensburg I could do repeats on. Not exactly Web Hill, but it works.

| 8 miles before we left for Seattle. Ran it along the ditch banks of so me of the hY fields, so it was a bit mor interesting than last time.
Went to Seattle today. Got some awesome clam chowder at Ivers, the went to watch a Mariners game. Got back at around 12:30 at night. Awesome day.

| 3.5 mile warmup, 22 min tempo @6:10 pace, and cooldown to get milage. It was only supposed to be a 18 min tempo today, but, I'm running at sea level in Seattle, so I decided that it'd be okay to do a bit more. My aunt tood me to this awesome trail by her steak center in Maple Valley. There was a canopy of trees overhead the entire way, so it was like running in the Rainforest.
We went and hiked aroud Mt. Reineer for like 5 hours today, so I'm gonna count that as my second run today.

| Spent the day on a lake today, so I couldn't get in my run until the sun was about to set. Only had enough time for 7 miles, so not the full 10 miles, but not a complete loss.

| 7 miles by myself in Idaho Falls. There's no sidewalks anywhere in IF, so it's super sketchy running anywhere. It didn't help that these people party like it's the 4th of July for the week before, so there was a lot of drunk drivers. Made it back safley though :)
