Probobally got about 2 mi. today.  My achilles jsut refuses to get better.  Starting to think I might have to see a doctor again, and that most likley means another month off.

6 today.  I'm suprised I got so much milage pretty much pain free.  On a side note, we got a new coach today.  She ran with Darian Sharp back in the day, which is cool.  Hopefully she can replace Coach Mark :)

Started off my run unsure of whether or not I would be able to do more than the half mile warm up.  Coach had me do some stretches, and then I got another 30 min in.  I ran the straightaways with Jaiden on their mile repeats.  Forgot how much I like to go fast.

Coach had me do half of the workout today at a slower pace, just to see how it felt.  I felt fine, and probobally could've gone the full thing. I'm glad that things are looking up

2 mile warmup, 2*1600 at whatever pace coach tells me to do (because I'm still getting back into it), 400 m recovery, then 3*300 m finishes.  I was supposed to hit 5:39, and I hit 5:25 and 5:34.  I felt pretty good for not having done an actual workout for awhile.  mile cooldown then weights and stretch.

2 mile warmup, 3*1000, 3 min recovery, 5*30 sec sprints, and mile cooldown.  I had to modify the workout a bit since I was doing it on my own.  I felt like crap for the thousands, but I got a good push on the 30 sec.  Pretty okay day for just getting back into the swing of things.
