2.5 mile warmup, 2.5 tempo, and 1.5 mile cooldown. I was supposed to go 20 min. for the tempo, but I was still super wasted and dehydrated from yesterday, so I decided to only do 2.5. Went about 6:00 pace, so that wasn't too bad.
