7 miles total. 2 mile warmup, 3*1 mile repeats at 85%, 3:00 recovery between each one, and cooldown to get milage. Was supposed to hit 6:05. Went 6:01, 6:01, and 5:57. Pretty easy workout, but a good way to finish off the workouts for the week.
