3.5 mile warmup, 22 min tempo @6:10 pace, and cooldown to get milage. It was only supposed to be a 18 min tempo today, but, I'm running at sea level in Seattle, so I decided that it'd be okay to do a bit more. My aunt tood me to this awesome trail by her steak center in Maple Valley. There was a canopy of trees overhead the entire way, so it was like running in the Rainforest.
We went and hiked aroud Mt. Reineer for like 5 hours today, so I'm gonna count that as my second run today.
