4 miles in the morning.
Progression run today.Was supposed to do 30 min. but coach told me to cut it back to 20 min. halfway through. I guess it was too hot for us to do the full workout today. It threw off my plans as far as pacing and timing were concerned, but I still managed to go 6:15 for the first 15 min, then I cut the pace down to basically an all out sprint by the last minute. A bit of a wierd run, but a decent workout nontheless.
