At long last, I am now allowed to go running again. The doctor said that I had sprained my achilles, and that I needed to take another 3 weeks off. So I did. Now, I'm allowed to do 3 miles a day, which I can live with. At least it's something.
Easy 3 again. Felt fine
Took Christmas off. Easy 3 again. Was really cold and windy this morning.
Another easy 3. which I could go farther.
Easy 3. Saw Matt out 'running' his dog, and joined him. It's been too long sense I have ran with anyone.
Decided to go and run @ the gym today so I could do weights & stuff afterwards.
Easy 3 today. Went and hung out with some of my friends later that night to celebrate the new year.
