3 miles in the morning.
Mile chasedowns @ BHNP today. The goal with these is to pass everyone, and not get passed yourself. You have a group you start with, and the slowest person starts. Every 5 seconds, the next person goes, then 5 seconds later the next person goes, and so on. I was the 4th to last to go in my group. Felt pretty dang flat today, but I still managed to pass almost everyone in the group every time. Good workout. 4*400 m finishes afterwards.
