Ladder workout under the lights @ 9:15. 2 mile warmup, 200, 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400, 400, 200. We had 1:30 rest inbetween every interval except after the 1600, where we had 6 min rest. Pace per lap was 1:16 on everything. Good and hard workout today.
