16*400m workout @ Vernon Werthen Park. Supposed to hit 1:20s for the first 12, then whatever you have left for the last 4. Went 1:15-1:18 for the first 12, then 1:13, 1:12, 1:11, 1:10 for the last 4. A bit faster than I was supposed to go, but still a great workout.
