Workout in the morning today. 12*400 @ race pace w/ last 4 hard. Supposed to hit 1:20 for first 8. Went 1:21, 1:20, 1:18, 1:18, 1:17, 1:15, 1:16, 1:15, and then 1:10, 1:08, 1:07, 1:06 for the last 4. Pretty good workout, especially for the morning.
3 in the afternoon by myself. Had to go home early so I could get some family stuff done.
