Started doing morning runs again. Figured that, if I'm back into working order, then I can do morning rund. Same exact workout as Wednesday. 3 sets of 600's, 400's and 150's at 1:45, 1:06 and all out. Went 1:46 and 1:08 for the first 600 and 400, then 1:44 and 1:06 for the next two 600's and 400's. Pretty hard workout with the wind and heat, but a good day nonetheless.
