Desert Relays race today. I ran the first leg of the race, which was about 1.08 miles. Ran about a 5:29, which is pretty good considering how slow this course is. Didn't feel like I gave it an all out effort today, which I guess is probobally due to the race only being a mile long, and in the middle of XC. 3*5:00 cruise intervals afterwards. Good workout after the race.
