2 mile warmup, strides, race, and cooldown for milage.
I didn't feel the best today. I've been sick for a few days now, so I was a bit flat. nevertheless, I still placed pretty well and beat some guys I haven't beaten for quit some time. Would've liked to be a bit closer to Bryson and Spencer, but I'm sure I would've been up with them on a better day.
Didn't see my time though, but the time I put down is my best guess as to what I got. They made the course quite a bit longer, so I can't compare my time with anything. I've ran here in the past.
