3 miles in the morning
Workout @ BHNP today.
2 mile warmup, 3*1 mile repeats w/ 3 min recovery inbetween each. We had someone different lead the repeats up to the 800m mark, then we cut loose for the last 800. Went 5:35, 5:45, and 5:51. Went too fast on the first one, so it was a push to get any speed out of the last 2. Good workout in the heat nonetheless.
