3 in the morning
2 mile warmup, 3*1 mile repeats, 4*400 m finishes, and cooldown to get milage. Supposed to hit 5:24 for the first and third one, and 5:34 for the second. Hit 5:22, 5:32, and 5:10. Good workout. Shouldn't have run it in my brand new shoes though. My pinkie toe is missing most of its skin now.
