3 in the morning
Workout over at Warner Valley. We did 4*200 m starts, then 6*800 @ goal race pace. Supposed to go 2:28-2:35. Went 2:30, 2:27, 2:35, 2:27, 2:32, 2:26. The course we did the repeats on was hilly, but definitley more hilly one way than the other (as reflected in my times.) My calves were feeling pretty tight, and I wasn't sure if I would finish the workout, but I still hit all of my times nontheless.
