3 in the morning
Mile repeat workout @ Treasure Valley Park. We did our usual 2.5 mile warmup, then 2*1 mile @ current race pace, then 1 mile @ almost goal race pace. The first two were supposed to be 5:15-5:20. Went 5:16 and 5:14. Last one was supposed to be 5:10. Went 5:17 because my digestive system was freaking out. Good workout still.
