2 mile warmup, 6*500m hill repeats w/recovery to the start. We couldn't do them on our usual hill behind the school today, so we did our workout on the hill in The Knolls by the pickleball courts. Felt suprisingly good today. This hill wasn't as steep as our usual hill, so I could push myself to go alot faster. Last week of kids camp. I paced the older group for their mile race. There were some pretty fast times from those kids.
