2 mile warmup, 4*1000m @3:10-3:13, 2*300m and 2*150m finishes. Felt suprisingly good, especially considering my history with 1000s. Hit 1:13, 1:10, 1:10, 1:11. Not to shabby, especially for how hot it was. Good workout.
