2 mile warmup, 3 sets of 600 w/400 recovery, 400 w/400 recovery, and 150 w/2:00 recovery, then a mile cooldown. Wend 1:46, 1:44, 1:42 for the 600's, 67, 65 and 63 for the 400's, and all out for the 150's. Felt a bit flat from the run yesterday, but good workout nonetheless.
