3 miles AM. Felt good. I didn't know what to expect going in to the time trial (because I was gone when we did it the 1st time) so I was indifferent to my time of 12"48. I think all of these morning miles are beginning to wear me down. I felt flat

3 miles AM. Felt fine. After the workout today (which sucked really bad because I had no energy) I have decided that I am not getting enough calories immediately after my AM run and during the day. I've lost 4 pounds in fat in just the past week because I haven't eaten enough.
