| Today we went to barrel roll for our Labor Day run. It was brutal for the first 3 or so, but after that it was nice.

| Today was the Dixie All-Comers meet at the Region 9 course. If it wasn't for the enormous side ache that I got after mile 1 and couldn't shake for the entire thing, I would have don loads better. Regardless of that, I still placed really well for a meet with varsity runners in it

| I decided against going on the morning run today because of horrible indigestion or something similar to it. It happens every once in a while, so I guess I can deal with it. Coach only had us run 3 today, which was a welcome break for a week that is only going to get harder

| Today was a tempo/progression run. It lasted for 25 min, and we kicked up the tempo every 5 min up to all out. my starting split was about 7 min. flat, and I kicked it up to a little under 5 min./mile for the last 5 minutes

| Today was the Michican!!!! It was the toughest workout of the year. Coach wouldn't let me do the entire thing (but he only cut our 1 recovery mile between the 800 & 400), but I still killed all my splits. I'm super happy with how it went, and I can't wait for BYU.
