| 3 in the morning with my crew. 8 miles today in the boneyard. My calves were still feeling pretty tight, so it was a bit of a mental workout for me. Coach filled our ice bath tub with cool (not cold) water for us to jump into after the run. It was awesome.

| 3 in the morning with my crew. 2 mile time trial today @ BHNP. I felt substantially better overall. I felt pretty crappy for the first mile, but after I hit the big hill on the second mile, I took off sprinting and didn't stop till I dropped (at the end of course :). 4*200 m. finishes afterwards. I improved my time by well over 30 sec. and I'm going to the AF Grass relays!!! Made my day!

| 3 miles in the morning (finally had everyone there at once, for once). 6 miles out to Sun River. Spencer, Riley and I found a bunch of wooden steaks and we were the 3 musketeers lol. Talked about running and how awesome it is on the way back. Striders afterwards. Getting super hyped for the AF grass relays on Sat.!

| 3 miles easy in the morning. 8*800m. repeats @ BHNP. We did it over hay bales today to practice to get ready for AF grass relays. Split range was 2:35-2:45. I hit 2:42, 2:39, 2:39, 2:38, 2:39, 2:39, 2:37, 2:33. Felt hard but not too hard. Cooldown and Ultragen afterwards. Getting super pumped for AF! I think I can tear it up if I can just lock into a pace.

| AF Grass Relays: Ran in the varsity junior-senior race with Scotty, Boston, Caden & Joe. Got out pretty fast, and stuck with it. 1st mile was pretty smokin' fast. Everyone died towards the 1.5 mark. Got 11:08, and finished 14th. I felt pretty good wih how I did. Gettin' close to that varsity spot. I hope I can take it for Woodbridge!
