3 miles up in Salt Lake. Running on the woodchip trail around the park was AWESOME, but I still felt my hipflexer a bit at the end of the run.

3 miles today, and I watched the boys crush it at state. Now it's time for track (in my head at least). I know that the mile is more my forte (I won a couple of JV races for the mile and ran in a few varsity races), so my goal, as of right now, is to go to state for the mile.
