Week of region. We are starting to taper a bit, so no morning runs. 5 in the afternoon.
Region meet today at the BHNP! I got a 18:24 and 14th, which is pretty good considering how incredibly slow the course is.
Easy 3 today. Still recovering from Region
There was supposed to be a workout for me today, but my hipflexer said no. Coach(es) gave me some advice on my rolling out and stuff, and I hope to be back to regular condition by the end of the week.
6 miles easy on the trails. I was going to do 8, but I'm still dealing w/ my hipflexer.
Just an easy 3 on my injured leg. Felt a bit better, but the pain is still there.
