| Today was a planned workout day, but my body had other plans. I went 3 miles into the warmup and has to go back to the school because of my knee. When I got to the school, I ran 1.5 miles on the turf, rolled out really good, and did another 1.5 barefoot. Coach thinks that it is the shoes I have, so he got me squared away with some new shoes and some rolling techniques that should fix me up.

| I did 4 at a faster than usual pace today. It was a challenge running at higher altitude, because I am in Idaho Falls, but it felt good anyways.

| We were driving all day, so I was relieved to get my run in. My cousins wanted to go hiking, but I ran with them instead.
