Today was a planned workout day, but my body had other plans. I went 3 miles into the warmup and has to go back to the school because of my knee. When I got to the school, I ran 1.5 miles on the turf, rolled out really good, and did another 1.5 barefoot. Coach thinks that it is the shoes I have, so he got me squared away with some new shoes and some rolling techniques that should fix me up.
