3 miles in the morning. We did mile repets for our workout today. For some reason, coach only had me do 2, but I still hit all of my times.
Easy 6 in the afternoon. For some reason, I felt explosively energetic and I had a great run. I should eat Hi-Chews before runs more often!
400 repeats workout today. The paces were really slow, but I stook to them anyways.
Easy 3 this afternoon. I'm really stoked for the meet tomorrow! I'm shooting to break 17:30 and maybe even 17:00
Today was the day of the Cedar Invite. I ran a personal best of 17:06 and placed 9th in the race!
