| Well, I really couldn't run today. Apparently, I did something crazy to my calves, and I couldn't run at all today. That sucks. After practice, I went to Adam and he fixed my leg up pretty good. Probobally the most painful experience of my life. Lol. Hopefully, I should be good to go for the Michican Tomorrow

| Well, I'm injured. I'm thinking that I have something along the line of tendonitis in my achilles, and it really sucks to run on. I'm actually kinda concerned that it might be a tear, so I'm going to be taking it easy for awhile. Pretty mad about it though. If I can't be completley recovered and back on my feet by next week, this pretty much skrews my plans for nike this year. .

| Tried running again this morning and afternoon. Didn't go too well. Coach just said not to worry about it, and just bike/aqua jog for now. So I just went to the gym and did a hill workout on the eliptical. Pretty bummed about not running. Just gonna have to ride out the week on a bike, then hit the ground running next week

| Well, I'm still out. I tried running in the morning, and it was fine the first quarter mile, but then my leg started to act up, and I called it there. Guess I'm not running for the rest of this week too. Guess I'm kinda out of the running for NXN for good then. I've kinda accepted it at this point. And it's okay. Others have been doing this longer than I have, and deserve it more than I do.

| I finally felt good enough that I decided to try running today. Coach only said to go 10 minutes though. Felt good to run anyways, even if it was for so short a time. I'm thinking I might be better, but I'm not sure yet. My achilles didn't hurt nearly as bad as it used to, but afterwards it is pretty creaky and a little sore. I guess I'll just have to see.

| Went and did an easy 2 on the soccer fields @ Sullivan Park. My leg felt good, and I'm thinking I might be ready to get back into the swing of things next week.
