3 in the morning. 12*400 @ Little Valley Park. They're regrowing the grass over there or something, so we had to modify our course. My time to hit for the first 8 was 1:16-1:19, and my split for the last 4 was 1:14-1:11. I hit 1:21, 1:16, 1:14, 1:13, 1:16, 1:16, 1:14, 1:13, and then 1:06, 1:07, 1:08, and 1:05. It was a hard workout, and I did go a bit fast, but I felt good.
