3 in the morning with my crew. 2 mile time trial today @ BHNP. I felt substantially better overall. I felt pretty crappy for the first mile, but after I hit the big hill on the second mile, I took off sprinting and didn't stop till I dropped (at the end of course :). 4*200 m. finishes afterwards. I improved my time by well over 30 sec. and I'm going to the AF Grass relays!!! Made my day!
