16*400 in the afternoon. We did the first 8 @ 1:15, 4 @ 1:09, and 4 @ faster than 1:09. Pretty challenging workout, but I managed ot get through it.

Workout in the afternoon over @ Little Valley Park. We did 8*800m, @ 2:43. I was at least 2 seconds afaster every time. Good workout today.
5 in the afternoon on the Spectrum.
20 minute progression run on the track today. We started @ 7:05, then droped the pace by 15 seconds every 2 minutes. The workout felt actually very easy. It was way harder when we did it at the beginning of the year.
